Account Manager

Account Manager
Location: Croydon, London

As an Account Manager at Mirabelle, your primary responsibilities will involve collaboration with the wider team to help build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are being met. Below are some of the key duties:

Client Account Management: To become a key contact for clients over a period of time, supporting the team to manage all aspects of the client’s account. This includes building and maintaining strong relationships, understanding client’s business needs and objectives, and ensuring that their expectations are being met.

Project Management: Be fully involved with and help oversee all aspects of advertising campaigns from start to finish, including strategy development, media planning and buying, timelines, budgets, and creative development.

Team Management: Work closely with other members of the account team, to ensure that all aspects of client accounts are being managed effectively.

Strategy Development: Work with clients to develop advertising strategies that align with their business objectives. This involves conducting research, analysing data, and developing creative briefs that guide the development of advertising campaigns.

Budgeting and Reporting: Manage budgets for advertising campaigns, and provide regular reports to clients on campaign performance. This involves monitoring metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions, and making recommendations for optimisation based on the results.

Graphic Designer

Graphic Designer

As a graphic designer at Mirabelle Communications, your primary responsibilities will involve creating visually engaging and effective designs for advertising campaigns. Below are some of the key duties:

Concept Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts for advertising campaigns. This involves brainstorming ideas, sketching rough drafts, and refining concepts based on feedback.

Design Creation: Use software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite to create designs for Print, Digital, Out of Home and Social Media advertising campaigns. This includes designing layouts, selecting typography, and creating images and illustrations.

Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the team, including members of the creative team and account managers, to ensure that all aspects of advertising campaigns are cohesive and effective.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects at once, ensuring that designs are delivered on time. This involves collaborating with the account management teams to ensure that all aspects of the project are being managed effectively.

Branding and Identity: Work with the account management team to develop branding and identity systems that align with client’s business objectives. This involves creating logos, colour schemes, and other brand assets that are used across all advertising campaigns.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications
